Changing the office product key

I recently installed Office Outlook 2007 from my TechNet subscription and then found it wouldn't activate.

It turns out that the product key I used had been activated too many times (that's what happens when you build too many labs!)

So I located another product key from my second TechNet subscription and wanted to enter that just like you can in Vista.

Well, it doesn't appear that there is an interface for this in Office so what to do:
